Phillip E. Holmes Jr. RLS Phillip is a Founding Partner of Volunteer Surveying. With over 30 years of surveying experience, Phillip is a valuable asset to any project. He is licensed as a surveyor in the State of Tennessee and is well recognized in the industry for his expertise. Sherri D. Allen Sherri joined Volunteer Surveying in March of 2000 and has been an invaluable asset to our team. The 1999 graduate of Nashville State Technical Institute is a seasoned surveying technician but is mostly skilled in working with AutoCAD. David M. Holmes David joined Volunteer Surveying in May of 2001 as a surveying technician. With over 15 years of experience in the surveying business, David's knowledge has helped a number of our clients realize significant benefits by using our firm.
